Our Alzheimer's Unit provides specialized care for persons living with chronic and/or disabling dementia. Our overall design promotes respectful and pleasant experiences and optimal mobility in a secure home-like environment. We encourage families personal touches to promote their loved one's well being and enhance the feeling of "family" we enjoy at Marianwood.

Staff is always here to provide support and respond to your questions and concerns. They want to learn about your loved one so they can better meet his/her needs, as well as build a trusting, supportive relationship with you. Our staff is experienced in the "Gentle Care" philosophy - an approach that emphasizes a resident-focused approach. Our residents wake up and go to bed when they wish, eat when they choose, and are allowed everyday experiences to happen when they are best able to complete them.

We welcome visitors to come tour and see for themselves the beauty and peace of Marianwood. To find out more please call our Admissions Office at 425-391-2873 or complete an on-line Inquiry. We'd be happy to answer your questions and send you an information packet.
