"Living with Dementia" seminar helps families, caregivers
Caring for someone who has Alzheimer's disease or other memory loss conditions can be overwhelming. On Saturday, June 7, Spectrum Elder Services and Providence Health & Services will present a seminar to give families and caregivers practical answers to the challenges they face.
Memory specialist joins Providence Brain Institute
Michael Mega, M.D., Ph.D., has joined Providence Brain Institute. A noted specialist in memory loss conditions, Dr. Mega brings valuable expertise to Providence and broadens the cadre of services available through Providence Brain Institute. Dr. Mega previously served as associate director of Providence Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Program at Providence Center on Aging.
