 Learn your risk of heart attack and stroke – and take action to prevent them. Choose the Healthy Heart Program a PEMC. The basic Assessment takes about 30 – 60 minutes in one or two visits to our clinic.
Basic Assessment ($50):
- Cardiovascular health questionnaire
- Resting EKG
- Blood tests for cholesterol and glucose
- Blood pressure
- Assessment of risk for heart attack & stroke
- Written results
- Consultation with prevention specialist in person or via phone or e-mail
