BILLING
If you have a question about your hospital bill, e-mail Hospital Billing or call 425-261-4001.
If you've received medical care and need help paying your bill, e-mail Hospital Billing or call 425-261-4002.


BIRTH CERTIFICATES
To order a birth certificate,  contact the Washington State Department of Health.


FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
If you need medical care, but aren't sure where to turn because you're concerned you may not be able to pay for it, Providence may be able to help you connect with resources to help. To learn more, email Financial Counseling or call 425-261-4002.


HOSPITAL ADMISSION
