As a Providence Health Plan member, you have access to full-service home delivery pharmacy products through Wellpartner. Wellpartner offers a broad selection of non-prescription products, vitamins, and nutritional supplements in addition to filling all your prescription needs.

Who is Eligible?

All covered members and their qualified dependents. The participating provider will verify your eligibility when you present your PHP member ID card.
