Eligibility Requirements
Residents must be at least 55 years old. (In a two-person household, only one person needs to be 55.)
Proof of mobility impairment required for applicants under 55 years of age.
Annual income must be below $18,400 for a one-person household or below $21,050 for a two-person household.
