Welcome to Providence House in Portland, Oregon. Founded in 1995, we have been providing quality senior living accommodations for almost a decade. We are located in a residential neighborhood with shopping, restaurants, public transportation and Providence Portland Medical Center all in close proximity. Our secure, affordable apartments offer all of the comforts of home.

Eligibility Requirements

Residents must be at least 62 years old. (In a two-person household, only one-person needs to be 62.) 

Annual income must be below $23,750 for a one-person household or below $27,150 for a two-person household.


Management and Operation
Providence House is owned and operated by the Providence Health System, a nonprofit Catholic health care organization dedicated to serving all in need.
