Welcome to Providence Peter Claver House in Seattle, Washington. Peter Claver House was built in 2001 as part of the redevelopment of the community known as New Holly in South Seattle. We provide secure and affordable housing for seniors, living independently, in a friendly, caring atmosphere. Shopping, restaurants and public transportation are all in close proximity.

Eligibility Requirements

Residents must be at least 62 years old. (In a two-person household, only one person needs to be 62.) 

Annual income must be below $28,500 for a one-person household or below $32,550 for a two-person household.


Management and Operation
Peter Claver House is owned and operated by the Providence Health System, a nonprofit Catholic health care organization dedicated to serving all in need.
