The Providence Mount St. Vincent Foundation was established to provide financial support for residents and funding for services and programs for The Mount. Through the generosity of donors, we have provided supplemental funds to help bridge the gap between the actual cost of care and the amount of provider reimbursement paid by Medicaid for our skilled nursing residents as well as helping assisted living apartment residents and adult day health program participants continue to be part of our community even after individual or family resources have run out.
"Our number one priority is - and always will be - charity care. That is, our Foundation will provide funds for our residents who have outlived their life savings. No one will be asked to move because he or she has spent all the money that has been saved over a lifetime. I can't think of a finer gift to give."

Former Board President

Come In For A Tour
The best way to see what's going on at The Mount is to come in for a tour. We'd love to show you around and give you a real feel for what we're all about. One of our visitors said it best, "Every time I visit The Mount, I continue to be amazed by what I'm seeing and hearing - the activity, the children's laughter as well as their interaction with the residents, the unique design of the nursing center neighborhoods, the obvious affection from the staff for the residents - the list goes on and on." We'd like you to experience The Mount first hand, so please let us buy you a cup of coffee, tea or soda and take you on a tour. You will be enriched by the experience! Call Arlene Carter at (206) 938-6191 to schedule a tour.
Important: You can make online donations via our secure server. Every gift is tax deductible and so important to our residents and programs. Thank you!
