Gifts for patients
Visitors should check with the nurse before bringing gifts of food or drink to patients to make sure your gift is appropriate. In the critical care units (ICU, CCU, CRU, NICU), please check with the unit regarding any gifts for patients.
Gift shops
Two gift shops, staffed by hospital volunteers, are located within the hospital. The gift shop in the main hospital lobby (phone 503-216-2100) is open from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., seven days a week; the gift shop in the East Pavilion lobby (phone 503-216-2620) is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The shops carry gifts, greeting cards, candy, toiletries, magazines, flowers, and plants.
