Adult foster homes are licensed care settings for five or fewer residents. Adult foster homes are a good option for members who seek around-the-clock care in a home-like setting. Providence ElderPlace contracts with over 150 adult foster homes throughout Multnomah County and works closely with our foster home partners to ensure comfortable living environments for our members. Our counselors will help you find the home that is right for your family member. Providence ElderPlace members who choose to live in adult foster homes receive the full array of services available at our Health & Social Centers.
