Overview:
Providence ElderPlace works with licensed assisted living and residential care facilities throughout Multnomah County to provide our members with a rich selection of housing options. Our counselors work with our members and their families to find the living environment that best meets our members' needs. All members have access to the recreational, therapeutic, and social services provided at our Health & Social Centers.
In addition, Providence ElderPlace operates licensed residential care facilities at our Health & Social Centers in the Cully and Glendoveer neighborhoods. At these locations, our members live next to their Health & Social Center, with immediate access to a team of medical and social care professionals.
