Bridge Closure Information for Providence Bridge Pedal

PORTLAND, Ore. — Below are traffic changes to Portland’s bridges that will take place during Providence Bridge Pedal this Sunday, Aug. 10:

Morrison Bridge: OPEN both directions.

Burnside Bridge: OPEN both directions.
Westbound right lane and bike lane closed 6:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.

Sellwood Bridge: CLOSED westbound 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Eastbound lanes open throughout the event.

Ross Island Bridge: CLOSED westbound 5 a.m. to noon.
Eastbound lanes open throughout the event.

Marquam Bridge: Top deck (I-5 northbound) CLOSED 2 a.m. to noon.
I-5 northbound traffic will be routed to I-405.
Bottom deck (I-5 southbound) open throughout the event.

Hawthorne Bridge: CLOSED eastbound from 6 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
(note: outside eastbound lane will close Saturday evening)
Tri-Met buses will use center lanes.
Westbound lanes open.

Steel Bridge: CLOSED for MAX construction.

Broadway Bridge: CLOSED in both directions 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Fremont Bridge: Top deck (I-405 southbound) CLOSED 2:30 a.m. to noon.
Bottom deck (I-405 northbound) open throughout the event.

St. Johns Bridge: One lane OPEN in both directions 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Riders on Tri-Met buses running across Willamette River bridges and MAX riders might face minor delays Sunday morning.
