Cardio Mix Class – Improve your fitness level with a challenging blend of high and low impact movement, step, kickboxing, circuit and interval training. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace for 30 to 40 minutes of cardiovascular training. Due to the variety of exercise, participants are less likely to sustain overuse injuries. 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays Nov. 6 – Dec. 18 (no class on Nov. 27)
Body Works Circuit – Combines aerobic and strength training in one fun class. Alternate between strength and aerobic “stations” for a well-rounded workout. 8 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. Saturdays Nov. 1 – Dec. 20 (no class on Nov. 29)
Express Circuit – Combines aerobic and strength training in one fast class. Alternate between strength and aerobic “stations” for a well-rounded workout. 7 a.m. – 7:40 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays Nov. 3 – Dec. 17
Introduction to Kung Fu Fitness – This martial arts class emphasizes conditioning, increasing aerobic capacity, speed and structural strength by exercising in a dynamic and intelligent way. Gently increase flexibility by using a greater range of motion during your training. Kung Fu requires concentration and attention to detail. Activate your mind while you work out by joining this ongoing course. This class is appropriate for people of all fitness levels. No prior experience in martial arts is needed. This is a safe, non-contact class. 7:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Tuesdays Nov. 4 – Dec. 16

Lunch On the Ball – Strong core muscles encourage good posture. In just 30 minutes, using a body ball and varied floor exercises, you will notice a difference in your stability and strength. 12:15 p.m. – 12:45 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays Nov. 4 – Dec. 18 (no class on Nov. 27)
Pilates – This class consists of stretching, toning and controlling. Improve balance and coordination, as well as develop an awareness of your alignment and posture as you move through a variety of poses and exercises.
