| | Details: | Journey Through Grief is six-session class designed to give an understanding of the grief process and to allow an opportunity to question, explore and share experiences that will lead to growth, recover and healing. The program will address understanding the grief process, stages and symptoms of grief, resources, coping skills, relationships and building memories. Sponsored by the hospital and Providence Hospice, the class is offered at no charge. Registration is limited and pre-registration is required.
