Lori Gluck, M.D.

Dr. Gluck considers patient education and participation to be important elements of her medical practice. “I like to involve my patients in the decision-making process by discussing the advantages and disadvantages of different treatment options,” she says. “Doing so allows both of us to make the best care decision together.”
Board certified in family practice, Dr. Gluck earned her medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Mass. She completed her residency at Oregon Health & Science University, where she also served as chief resident.
Dr. Gluck was born and raised in New York. She is married and has two children. Away from her practice, her interests include soccer, snowboarding, hiking, watching movies and reading.
David Kim, M.D.

I believe that illness is not just physical, but it can be mental or spiritual as well. That’s why I encourage my patients to pursue healing in all realms of well being,” says David Kim.
Dr. Kim became a physician because he wanted to help people. He decided to pursue training as a family practitioner because he believes illness not only affects the individual, but families and communities as well.
Dr. Kim received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill., and received his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He completed his residency at West Suburban Hospital in Oak Park, Ill, and is board-certified in family medicine.
In his free time, Dr. Kim enjoys the outdoors, reading, spending time with his wife, serving at church and following the Chicago Cubs.
Gunjeet Samagh, M.D.

Dr. Samagh wants to help people take charge of their own health. “I feel my most important role as a physician is to offer guidance to my patients as they make their own decisions about health care,” she says.”
Dr. Samagh earned her medical degree from the University of Ottawa School of Medicine in Canada. She also completed her internship and residency in family medicine at the University of Ottawa. Dr. Samagh is board certified in family medicine.
Born in Canada, Dr. Samagh only recently moved to the Portland area and looks forward to exploring all that the area has to offer. Away from her medical practice, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
Addison Wilson, M.D.
Board Certified: Family Medicine
Dr. Wilson’s medical practice is built upon having honest relationships with his patients. “Establishing and maintaining an honest relationship is very important for having effective communication,” he says. “Without either one, it would be difficult to provide good comprehensive care.” A board-certified family practitioner, Dr. Wilson earned his medical degree at Oregon Health & Science University. He completed his internship and residency at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. Dr. Wilson, who has lived in Oregon since 1972, is married and has a daughter. Away from his medical practice, he enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, tennis, hiking and camping.
