Let us help! Providence Health & Services is dedicated to the complete care of both patient and caregiver, whether that be spouse, other family member, or friend. With that spirit of dedication, Providence Patient Concierge Service was created to provide expectation-surpassing service to our out-of-town patients and their families coming to either Providence St. Vincent Medical Center or Providence Portland Medical Centers.

Providence Patient Concierge Service will arrange accommodations for patients, their families and their visiting friends at:

• Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, offering the Travis & Beverly Cross Guest Housing Center and westside neighboring hotels
• Providence Portland Medical Center, offering eastside neighboring hotels. View our eastside guest housing options page.

Providence Concierge Services offers neighboring hotels that meet our standards, offering:

• Knowledgeable hotel staff
• Clean, attractive facilities
• Discounted rates for patients and their families
• Convenient locations (within 3 miles or 5 minutes of our hospitals)
• Complimentary transportation to our hospitals or easy access to public transportation to our hospitals
• Wheelchair-accessible rooms

RV spaces with electrical hookups are also available at either Providence St. Vincent Medical Center or Providence Portland Medical Center.

We will be happy to provide directions, suggest transportation options and recommend nearby restaurants, as well.
