Providence Occupational Health provides the OSHA-mandated questionnaire, a pulmonary function test called spirometry and a medical exam to determine if an employee is able to use a respirator on the job. A report is provided to the employer and employee to keep the company in compliance with OSHA requirements.
We also conduct respirator fit testing.
