1 in 8 women are diagnosed with breast cancer at some point during their life, so the odds are that all of us know someone affected by this disease. Whether you are yourself a cancer survivor or know someone who is, now is the time to gather together in a concerted effort to raise awareness for early detection and to raise money for research and care to eradicate breast cancer.
We invite you to join us by becoming more educated about Providence breast cancer services, by encouraging all women over the age of 40 to schedule their yearly mammogram, and by giving a gift that will directly improve the lives of women in our community who are leading the charge in the fight against breast cancer.
