Overview

Providence Home Services provides Home Health, Hospice and Palliative Care, Home Infusion, and Home Oxygen and Medical Equipment services to customers in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Providence Home Services is a fully integrated division of the Providence Home and Community Services. All services are state-licensed and/or accredited by the Joint Commission for Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

Home Services offers centralized access for convenient, immediate and multi-service referrals. The Home Services Access Teams are capable of managing all home health, hospice, infusion, and home medical equipment referrals from health care providers resulting uninterrupted, continuing care for patients.
