Black Tea and Green Tea

Green tea and black tea have been associated with reduced risk of other cancers, as well as heart disease, and compounds within tea appear to have a specific benefit regarding prostate cancer. Although the research is not yet conclusive, having a cup or more of tea daily, particularly green tea, is a reasonable move. (This recommendation does not apply to herbal teas.) The data are stronger for green than black tea; they are from the same plant but are processed differently.
