Infectious Disease Physicians

 

The Traveler's Clinic is fortunate to have experienced, caring physicians who are knowledgeable in all areas of travel medicine, from illness prevention and immunizations to diagnostic and treatment services. All have board certifications in infectious disease and are members of the International Association for Medical Assistance to Travelers, the Infectious Disease Society of America, and the International Society of Travel Medicine.

Cameron Cover, M.D., M.P.H.

Cameron Cover

Training: Dr. Cover is a graduate of Oregon Health Sciences University School of Medicine. He completed his infectious disease fellowship training at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington D.C.
Board Certifications: Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine
Overseas Clinical Experience: Peace Corps
World Travels: Sierra Leone, Ghana, Mali, Thailand, Nepal, Indonesia, Hong Kong, France, Germany, and Czech Republic


Jennifer Marfori, M.D.

Jennifer Marfori

Training: Dr. Marfori is a graduate of the Medical College of the Virginia School of Medicine. She completed her infectious disease fellowship at Oregon Health Sciences University.
Board Certifications: Infectious Disease Medicine and Internal Medicine
World Travels: Guatemala, Mexico, Ukraine, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belize and Scandinavia


Rachel Plotinsky, M.D.

Training: Dr. Plotinsky is a graduate of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She completed her infectious disease fellowship training at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
Board Certifications: Internal Medicine and Pediatrics

Paul Sehdev, M.D., M.S.

Paul Sehdev

Training: Dr. Sehdev is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He completed his infectious disease fellowship at the University of Maryland.
