 Providence Health Care (PHC) in Spokane and NE Washington is a regional delivery network of organizations offering healthcare--hospitals, extended care, home health and adult day health, assisted living and laboratory services. The relationship between PHC participants offers patients consistent quality of care as well as coordination of their treatment when several programs are involved.
